Here are a couple of case studies that show how some of chaptercore's features have benefited real chaptercore-using fraternities and sororities.
The Indiana Zeta chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon at Valparaiso University was the first fraternity to utilize chaptercore's hosting system. Because the founder of chaptercore is a member there, they didn't really have much of a choice. Even though the adoption of chaptercore was somewhat mandatory, the chapter did not resist much.
Before this content management system was brought in, the Valpo SigEps' website was very slow loading and cumbersome to use. It was old and outdated, and barely brought in any traffic. The brothers never used the site, and visitors could not find out any relevant information. The site didn't look terrible, but because there was a slight lull in web development savvy within the fraternity, the decent website just sat there collecting dust.
It turns out that a frequently updated website with relevant content is exactly what most visitors are looking for. After the website adopted chaptercore, it was so much easier to update the site that making news posts about intramural victories, newsletter mailings or award receipts became a frequent staple on the front page of the website.
The site has gained many compliments from chapter alumni members, and even received an unsolicited email from one of Sigma Phi Epsilon's national board of directors saying 'kudos' on a site well done. While the chapter hasn't advertised the new site much to alumni members yet, some have found the signup link and have registered to become active posting members in the brothers-only area.
With a recent change in ownership of the site (officer transition), the new VP of Communications has easily stepped into the role of updating the website with news of chapter happenings and adding the newest recruitment class without problems. Traffic to the site has been steadily increasing, and it is held to be one of the top fraternity site's on Valpo's campus.
