With chaptercore, you don't need to know a shred of web programming, HTML or image manipulation. You don't need expensive software packages like Dreamweaver or Photoshop. We've created an easy-to-use system that makes creating great web pages as easy as typing in a Word document.
Chaptercore's built-in editor
You will get to use a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor similar to Adobe's Dreamweaver that is embedded into chaptercore's control panel. With the click of a button you can add images, format them, change text sizes, colors, anything. All you have to do is come up with the content for your site... and we have lots of information to help you with that too.
User management
Even if you do have a little bit of web development experience, managing a list of your chapter's vital information can be troublesome. Chaptercore takes care of this for you as well. When you first setup your account, you will quickly add all your members from a spreadsheet, and then every time a new pledge class joins, you can simply add them as well. You can keep track of each pledge class separately along with each user's personal information. Each user can actually edit their profile information, picture and give updates of what's going on in their lives. This is especially useful for keeping in contact with your chapter's alumni!
Each user will get their own profile page similar to a facebook profile, but all this information is kept to logged in active users and alumni only.
Photo galleries
With the increasing uptake of broadband internet, movie and picture sharing has become increasingly popular. From the statistics we've seen, one of the most popular pages visited on fraternity and sorority websites is the photo galleries.
Chaptercore makes adding photo galleries with captions a snap. You simply create a gallery, add all the photos you want with captions, and publish! The gallery is then immediately available on your website with an easy to use viewing interface.
News posting

Since every active and alumni member of your chapter can login and manage their own section of the website, they can also send private messages to eachother. This is not only a good way to separate chapter functions from personal emails, but it's also a really easy for actives to stay in touch with graduated members and vice-versa.
