User profiles for everyone

Every member of your chapter, active or alumni, has a complete user profile on your website. They can update their contact information, upload profile pictures, fill out an "about me" section, track bigs and littles (families or dynasties), their pledge class, and see what the user's been up to on the website.

 

Groups: text messages and emails

Your members are automatically split into Active and Alumni groups, but you can also create groups for any purpose. Many chapters create groups for intramural teams, executive boards and committees.

Groups are great for remembering who did what, but they're also great for getting the word out. Intramural game cancelled? No problem. Just send out a text message to everyone with a single click from the website.

Private message forums

Probably one of the most popular feature of Chaptercore websites, the forums are a great place to take discussions that are too long or inappropriate for email. As alumni particularly, it's easy to stay in touch with the chapter by posting and reading what's happening here.

 

Calendars

Keep actives, alumni and the public informed about what's going on with your chapter, separately. You can create as many calendars as you want, public or private, to keep your events organized.

 

User Directory

Graduating? Want to find all of your alumni within 50 miles who have an Electrical Engineering degree? Done. It's amazing what you can do with a central database of all your members.
