Chapter website management system
Now that your website is more than just a static few pages, you'll want the tools to be able to effectively manage this beast. The control panel is your friend. Everything from modifying the content on your external site to deleting groups and confirming alumni accounts, it's all there, just a few clicks away.
Active and Alumni Users
Every single member of your chapter (ever), can have an account on your website. These users can login, keep their contact information up-to-date, subscribe to keep current, post photos, join groups, upload and download documents, participate in the forums, and even help you manage the website. You'll have complete control over who has access to all of this.
Documents
Keep all of your chapter's documents (standards, bylaws, etc.) in a central location. Define who can modify this and track how the documents change over time. Users can comment on documents and make revisions if you let them.
Content
We already talked about how to manage your content quite a bit on the build section of the tour. But just remember: you don't need to know anything about web design or development to create and maintain your website!
Design
Even though we give you a great professional design, you have complete control over it. If you want to change how a news post displays, fine. Modify the template. If you want to change how photo galleries display, no problem. Same thing. Chaptercore is flexible. If you have a gifted designer in your organization, that's great! Give them access so they can add to what we've created for you.
